Read the Dunlap v. Tennessee Valley Authority case. You are to write a 3-4 page report that answers the following questions:
- What were the legal issues in this case?
- Explain why the plaintiff’s disparate (adverse) impact claim fail?
- Explain why the plaintiff’s disparate treatment claim succeed?
- What should the TVA have done differently with regard to interviewing and selecting candidates for these jobs?
The format of the report is to be as follows:
- Typed, double spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one inch margins on all sides, APA format.
- Type the question followed by your answer to the question.
